Anna Strojek is an accomplished ballroom dance instructor and choreographer whose lifelong passion for dance began in Poland at the age of six. A finalist in numerous U.S. professional competitions, she is certified by the National Dance Council of America to teach all American and International Ballroom styles, as well as popular social dances like Salsa, Bachata, West Coast Swing, and Merengue. Anna specializes in personalized instruction, wedding choreography, and coaching dancers of all ages and skill levels. Known for her patient, encouraging teaching style, she is dedicated to helping every student build confidence, achieve their goals, and create unforgettable memories on the dance floor.
Rick Berry
With over 15 years of dancing and teaching experience, Rick specializes in Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue. He is known for his patient, foundational approach that puts mastering the basics first — clean footwork, musical timing, smooth connection, and confident body movement. Rick believes that strong fundamentals create confident dancers who can truly enjoy and express themselves on the dance floor. Shalay Andrus is a West Coast Swing instructor and the founder of Dance to Uplift, where she helps people connect more deeply through movement. With over 25 years in the dance community, she blends technical foundation with somatic awareness, creating a space where students can grow in both skill and connection. Her teaching focuses on presence, partnership, and helping dancers feel the music in a way that is both grounded and expressive.
